Jordan Alegant

Jordan Alegant has a diverse background in both technology and music. Currently serving as the VoIP Help Desk Team Leader and VoIP Support Engineer at TTx since November 2018, Jordan has previously held roles such as Technology Support Specialist at Lake Geauga Computer Association and Genius at Apple, where certification as an Apple Hardware technician was achieved. Alongside a technology career that began with Tier 1 Help Desk support at Oberlin College Center for Information Technology, Jordan has been an active musician since 2006, working as a bassist, vocalist, songwriter, and sound designer. Jordan's academic pursuits at Berklee College of Music culminated in a degree focused on bass performance and electronic production and design.
