Ingo Weber

Professor

Ingo Weber is a distinguished academic and research leader currently serving as a Professor at Technische Universität München and as the Director of IT Infrastructure & Digital Transformation at Fraunhofer-Gesellschaft since October 2022. Prior to these roles, Ingo Weber was a Professor at Technische Universität Berlin from June 2019 to October 2022, and held various positions at UNSW from April 2009 to March 2020, including Conjoint Associate Professor and Senior Lecturer. Ingo Weber also contributed to Swinburne University of Technology as an Adjunct Associate Professor from March 2017 to February 2020 and served as a Principal Research Scientist & Team Leader at CSIRO from November 2015 to June 2019. Earlier experience includes roles at NICTA and SAP Research, spanning from 2005 to 2015. Ingo Weber earned a Ph.D. in Computer Science from Karlsruhe Institute of Technology and a MSc in Computer Science from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
