Katharina Willis

Katharina Willis is an accomplished Innovation Consultant at Willis Consulting since 2014 and a Senior Researcher at Technische Universität München since 2013. Previously, Katharina founded and served as CEO of Servus UG - BeautyBra from 2013 to 2018, and worked in PR & Communication at Patek Philippe from 2010 to 2013. Early career experience includes a role in Online-Marketing at Alois Dallmayr Kaffee oHG from 2008 to 2010. Katharina holds an Executive MBA in Innovation and Business Creation and a PhD in sports psychology from Technical University of Munich, alongside a diploma in sports, media and communication from the same institution and a study abroad experience in media & communication at Hawaii Pacific University.
