Sebastian Gruber

Sebastian Gruber is a PhD student and research associate at the Technische Universität München, specializing in freeze drying and X-ray imaging since December 2018. In addition to ongoing research, Sebastian has contributed to a scientific paper focused on the visualization and quantification of sublimation fronts in freeze-drying processes. Prior experience includes an internship in Scientific and Regulatory Affairs at Mars, where responsibilities encompassed monitoring regulatory changes, creating ingredient lines for new product formulations, and coordinating packaging compliance projects. Additionally, Sebastian gained quality management experience during an internship at MOGUNTIA Food Service GmbH, which involved weekly ingredient monitoring and the implementation of a new specification system. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Food Technology, both obtained from the Technical University of Munich.
