Steve Forster

Steve Forster currently serves as a Division Chief and Fire Marshal at Tualatin Valley Fire & Rescue since March 2002. In addition, Forster is the Principal Consultant at Forster Consulting Services, LLC, a position held since 1996. Steve Forster holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Studies with a focus on Hazardous Materials Management from San Jose State University, obtained between 1993 and 1996, and a certificate in Hazardous Materials Management from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
