Justin Dyke is an experienced communications professional currently serving as the Director of Communications for Tualatin Valley Water District since October 2018, previously holding the role of Outreach and Engagement Coordinator. Prior to this, Justin was a Channel Marketing Specialist at SolarWorld, where responsibilities included managing marketing and loyalty programs during a challenging corporate transition. Justin also served as a Social Media Specialist at SMA America, focusing on content marketing strategies and product launches during regulatory changes. Additionally, Justin worked as an Account Executive at Randle Communications, developing public relations strategies for various industries, and gained early management experience as an Assistant Store Manager at Mainland Skate & Surf. Justin holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the University of California, Davis and an Associate’s Degree in Liberal Arts from Diablo Valley College.

TVWD provides water to about 220,000 people over more than 44 square miles of Washington County, Oregon, including portions of Beaverton, Hillsboro, Tigard and Unincorporated Washington County. We are very fortunate to have: several high quality water sources and are constructing an additional resilient supply system from the Willamette River in partnership with the City of Hillsboro and the City of Beaverton.
