Shital Patel, CPA, is an experienced finance professional currently serving as Finance Operations Manager at Tualatin Valley Water District since April 2019, where responsibilities include managing finance and accounting functions and directing the budgeting process while ensuring compliance with financial standards. TVWD provides water to about 220,000 people over more than 44 square miles of Washington County, Oregon, including portions of Beaverton, Hillsboro, Tigard and Unincorporated Washington County. We are very fortunate to have: several high quality water sources and are constructing an additional resilient supply system from the Willamette River in partnership with the City of Hillsboro and the City of Beaverton.
