Tim Boylan has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Tim has held various leadership roles in information technology, focusing on areas such as IT services, project management, vendor management, network and security, and information security. Tim's experience includes developing and executing technology strategies, managing IT outsourcing contracts, overseeing infrastructure project management, and planning and negotiating managed service contracts. Tim has also been responsible for the planning, operation, and delivery of enterprise data, voice, mobility, and video services, as well as the development and oversight of information security programs. Tim has demonstrated expertise in customer relationship management, strategic planning, budgeting, and administrative functions.
Tim Boylan received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Information Systems from the University of Phoenix, where they attended from 1999 to 2001. Tim later pursued an MBA in Business at the University of Oregon Lundquist College of Business, graduating in 2010. Prior to that, Boylan attended Portland State University from 1994 to 1997, studying business. The information does not indicate whether they obtained a degree from Portland State University.

TVWD provides water to about 220,000 people over more than 44 square miles of Washington County, Oregon, including portions of Beaverton, Hillsboro, Tigard and Unincorporated Washington County. We are very fortunate to have: several high quality water sources and are constructing an additional resilient supply system from the Willamette River in partnership with the City of Hillsboro and the City of Beaverton.
