Al Foreman is a Partner and Chief Investment Officer at Tuatara Capital. Prior to joining Tuatara, Al was a Managing Director at J.P. Morgan in the Growth Equity group within Highbridge Principal Strategies, LLC from 2012 to 2014. Al was also part of the Financial Sponsor Group within J.P. Morgan's Investment Bank from 2007 to 2012, and they started their career at J.P. Morgan in 2005 as part of the Private Equity Fund Services group within the Corporate and Investment Bank.

From 2001 to 2005, Al was the Director of Global Business Development for Equitrak at Vitech Systems Group. In 2000, Al left Citigroup Private Bank, where they had been an Associate/Vice President since 1998, to join Virtual Growth Incorporated as Senior Business Development Manager. At Citigroup, Al developed the concept and founded the Professional Sports Group to provide wealth management services to professional athletes.

Al Foreman's educational career began at Staples High School. Al then went on to study finance at the University of Connecticut, earning a Bachelor of Science degree. Foreman continued their education at Arizona State University College of Law, where they obtained a Juris Doctor. Finally, they completed their education with an MBA in finance from the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University.
