AITOR GONZALEZ is an experienced professional in quality and environmental management, currently serving as the Quality and Environment Director at Tubacex since October 2012. In this role, AITOR has led initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and process efficiency across three production centers in Llodio and Amurrio, focusing on continuous improvement and Lean Manufacturing. Prior to Tubacex, AITOR held the position of Metallurgical and Quality Manager at Alcoa, where management of a 25-member team was instrumental in product development and quality enhancement. AITOR's career also includes research and development roles at Daros Piston Rings and Bostlan S.A. AITOR's education includes a Doctorate in Materials, an Executive MBA, and specialized qualifications in quality management and aluminium alloy technology from several prestigious institutions.
