Itxaso Eguidazu

Itxaso Eguidazu, Diaz de Ilarraza, has extensive experience in human resources and organizational management, currently serving as Directora de Gestion de Personas y Organización at TUBACEX since February 2016, after holding the role of Responsable de Organización y Personas at Acerálava. Previous roles include Directora at LKS Selección y Formación and similar positions at TUBACEX and BAGARA, where responsibilities encompassed HR management and organizational development. Prior to joining TUBACEX, Itxaso worked with Grupo Vilella Rahn as Responsable de RRHH, Adjunto Director General, and Responsable RRHH.
