Anita E. Aldini

Anita E. Aldini, MBA has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Anita E. is currently the Sr. Director, People - Engineering & Product at Tubi since April 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Amazon as a Sr. HR Business Partner, Prime Video & Studios- Technology from May 2021 to April 2022. From 2016 to 2021, Anita held multiple roles at Johnson & Johnson, including Head of HR, Global Privacy & HR Business Partner, Health Care Compliance and HR Leader in the HR Leadership Development Program. Anita E. also worked as a Project Associate - HR Technology at IPG Mediabrands from June 2015 to April 2016 and as a Marketing Program Manager at Koalition from September 2014 to August 2015.

Earlier in their career, Anita worked as a Talent Management Lead and Special Education Teacher at the NYC Department of Education from 2007 to 2014. Anita E. also served as an Intern Director at Mount Sinai School of Medicine from July 2011 to August 2013. Anita's early experiences include founding and serving as President of Justice for Children International, Cornell University Chapter from September 2004 to May 2007, and working as a Staff Writer at Cornell Daily Sun from March 2005 to December 2005. Through these roles, Anita has developed a strong background in HR, leadership, and education.

Anita E. Aldini, MBA, holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Management from City University of New York-Baruch College - Zicklin School of Business. Prior to this, they completed a Masters of Education degree with a specialization in Teaching Students with Disabilities from The City College of New York. Anita E.'seducational journey began with a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in the Study of Communication from Cornell University.
