Uli Bilke has extensive experience in hospitality and community management, currently serving as the Engagement, Diversity and Belonging - Internal Community Manager at Yelp since March 2010. Uli previously held the position of Chief of Staff for New Markets at Yelp and completed a Management Trainee program at Four Seasons Hotel San Francisco from March 2003 to July 2004. Uli began a career in hospitality as an apprentice at Kempinski Hotels from August 2000 to January 2003, gaining hands-on experience in various roles. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Organisational & Social Psychology from the London School of Economics and Political Science (2008-2009) and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of California, Berkeley (2004-2007), along with vocational training at Städtische Berufsschule für das Hotel-, Gaststätten- und Braugewerbe (2000-2003).
