Chris Sloan

Chris Sloan has over 27 years of work experience in the software and video engineering industry. Chris currently holds the role of Senior Video Engineer at Tubi since October 2020. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Developer at Live Earth (Software) from October 2016 to October 2020. From September 2013 to October 2016, Chris served as a Principal Engineer at CinemaNow, where they worked on various aspects of OTT video streaming. Before joining CinemaNow, they worked at Rovi as a Principal Engineer from February 2011 to August 2013, and as a Lead Software Engineer from 2004 to February 2011. Chris also has experience as a Senior Software Engineer at RealNetworks from 1999 to 2004 and as a Senior Software Engineer at Xing Technology from 1993 to 1999.

Chris Sloan attended California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo from 1991 to 1996. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Science.
