Fatih Sinan Esen

Fatih Sinan Esen is a prominent expert in artificial intelligence and computer science, currently serving as the Chief Scientific Programs Senior Expert and Senior Computer Scientist at TÜBİTAK since September 2007. Esen has played a key role in implementing Türkiye's National Artificial Intelligence Strategy 2022-2025, coordinating actions within the strategy and contributing to the Turkish Grand National Assembly's AI Commission. In addition to current roles as an AI Research Fellow at Khazar University and a member of the Advisory Council for Harvard Business Review, Esen co-chaired the Shared Scientific Committee at the Global Research Council and led Türkiye's Metaverse research initiative. Esen's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from Bilkent University, an MBA from Istanbul Bilgi University, and two PhDs in Business Administration and Computer Engineering from Gazi University and Ankara University, respectively.
