Hilal Yazici

Hilal Yazici is a seasoned professional in the field of Medical Biotechnology, currently serving as the Research Group Leader at TUBITAK MARMARA ARASTIRMA MERKEZI since April 2022. Simultaneously, Yazici holds the position of Associate Professor and Senior Researcher at TUBITAK-MAM Genetic Engineering and Biotechnology Institute, a role commenced in August 2016. Previous experience includes a Postdoctoral Fellowship at Northeastern University from June 2014 to August 2016, and postdoctoral positions at the University of Potsdam and Technische Universität Berlin from September 2012 to June 2014. Yazici began the academic journey as a Research Assistant at Istanbul Technical University from December 2002 to October 2012 and as a Graduate Student at the University of Washington from June 2006 to June 2010.
