Manuela Duerr

Manuela Duerr is a seasoned professional in the biopharmaceutical industry, currently serving as the Director of Program Management at Tubulis GmbH since May 2024. Prior to this role, Manuela held positions at Affimed as the Director of Non-Clinical Development and Non-Clinical Lead, providing support for non-clinical development activities for clinical-stage programs. Manuela's experience includes serving as the Clinical Biomarker Program Lead at MorphoSys, where responsibilities involved executing the biomarker strategy for tafasitamab, and leading comprehensive biomarker programs for Phase III studies. As a Global Project Leader at Pieris Pharmaceuticals, leadership was provided to guide an immune-oncology drug candidate from preclinical to Phase II development. Manuela also has extensive experience in preclinical development from roles at Sandoz Biopharmaceuticals and MorphoSys AG. Manuela holds a PhD in Biology with a focus on microbiology, immunology, and pharmacology from the University of Tübingen.
