Monique van Dycke

Monique Van Dycke is an experienced Talent Development Officer currently working at TUC RAIL since September 2018, after serving in a similar role at the same company from April 2014 to October 2017. Prior to their current position, Monique worked as a Learning Partner at STIB-MIVB, where responsibilities included managing Learning & Development for multiple business units and overseeing training procurement processes. Monique's career began as a Quality Auditor at Management Information, focusing on training and consulting organizations, and earlier worked as a Talent Trainer at HDP - AristA, developing and delivering soft skills and technical training. Monique holds a degree in Psychology from the Institut Libre Marie Haps and has a background in education from both the Institut des Soeurs de Notre Dame and Sacré Cœur de Lindthout.
