Mustafa Aktas

Mustafa Aktas is an experienced Construction Contract Manager at TUC RAIL, a position held since April 2019. Previously, Mustafa has served as a Project Advisor at Whitestone & Onestone since November 2003, and held the role of Project Manager at Agentschap Wegen en Verkeer from April 2007 to April 2019. Earlier experience includes serving as a Project Coordinator for school buildings in the Flemish and Brussels area at GO! Onderwijs van de Vlaamse Gemeenschap, and as a Project Engineer at De Vlaamse Waterweg nv where responsibility included design, procurement, and project follow-up for Harbour and Inland Waterway Infrastructure. Mustafa obtained a Master’s degree in Civil Engineering from Ghent University, complemented by studies at the University of Liverpool.
