Timothy Severino

Timothy Severino is a seasoned telecommunications professional with extensive experience in GSM-R and radio network planning. Currently serving as a GSM-R radio expert at TUC RAIL since October 2013, Timothy focuses on network expansion that meets technical project requirements. Previous positions include a Radio Planning Engineer at AEG Tranzcom, where Timothy managed indoor and tunnel planning for TETRA and GSM-R, and a Radio Performance Tester at Clear CinCom, conducting lab testing on GSM-R systems. Timothy's earlier tenure at Nokia Siemens Networks spanned over a decade, during which responsibilities included network dimensioning, propagation model measurements, nominal cell planning, site surveys, and performance analysis. Timothy holds a degree from HELHa — Haute École Louvain en Hainaut and has foundational education from Collège Saint-Michel in Gosselies.
