Andreea Oprisan has extensive experience in competition law, having held various positions at Tuca Zbarcea & Asociatii since August 2008, where current roles include Partner and previous roles span from Senior Associate to Managing Associate. Responsibilities include coordinating defense strategies in investigations by the Romanian Competition Council, providing legal advice on antitrust matters, managing merger control notifications, advising on state aid, and drafting commercial contracts. Prior experience includes positions at D&B David si Baias and Pachiu & Associates, focusing on similar legal domains. Andreea Oprisan holds multiple post-graduate diplomas from King's College London in Competition Economics and EU Competition Law, alongside a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Bucharest.
