Wendy Leidal

Wendy Leidal is an accomplished General Manager with extensive experience in the restaurant industry. Currently serving Tucanos Brazilian Grill since August 2020, Wendy previously held the same position at Uncle Buck's Fish Bowl & Grill from August 2016 to May 2020 and at Elephant Bar Restaurants from July 2013 to August 2016. Wendy's career began at Lone Star Steakhouse / Texas Land & Cattle, where tenure lasted from November 1993 to August 2012, culminating in the role of General Manager. Wendy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Minnesota State University Moorhead (1989-1991) and an Associate's degree in Psychology from Minnesota State Community and Technical College (1987-1989).
