Jim Sheilds, CTB, currently serves as the Operational Excellence Manager at Tucker Company Worldwide since October 2016, after progressing through various roles including Capacity Manager and Senior Capacity Specialist Representative. Prior to this, Jim worked as a Logistics Broker at NFI, where responsibilities included assessing carriers and developing a strong carrier base. Initially started as an Account Manager at CDW, Jim assisted corporate customers in New England with tailored technology solutions. Earlier experience includes serving as Head Counselor at the International Sports Center from June 2010 to August 2013. Jim holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from West Chester University of Pennsylvania, earned in 2014, and completed education at Haddon Heights High School in 2009.
