Anna Nelson

Anna (Stanton) Nelson is an Intellectual Property Associate at Tucker Ellis LLP since October 2021, specializing in patent preparation, prosecution, and opinion work while expanding knowledge in trademark and agreement work. Previously, Anna served as a Patent Agent at Eschweiler & Potashnik, LLC from June 2018 to October 2021, where over 75 patent applications were drafted and more than 150 office actions were addressed, focusing on the semiconductor and remote sensing industries. Anna also gained experience as a Patent Engineer at Scholle IPN and completed internships in materials science and new product development at Bridgestone and Sherwin-Williams. Currently pursuing a Doctor of Law degree at Cleveland State University, Anna holds a Bachelor of Science in Materials Science and Engineering from The Ohio State University, completed in 2018.
