John McCaffrey

John McCaffrey is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in business litigation and white collar criminal defense. Currently a partner at Tucker Ellis LLP since January 2013, John specializes in various white collar matters, including antitrust, public corruption, securities, and healthcare fraud. Prior to this, John was a partner at McLaughlin & McCaffrey LLP from November 1997 to December 2012, focusing on business litigation and trial work. John began a legal career as a Cuyahoga County Prosecutor from November 1990 to October 1994 and served as a Special Agent for the FBI from August 1987 to November 1990. John earned a Doctor of Law (JD) from Case Western Reserve University School of Law and a Bachelor's degree from John Carroll University.
