Marc R. Greenberg

Marc R. Greenberg is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in litigation, specializing in White Collar Criminal Defense and Qui Tam Defense. Currently serving as Legal Counsel at Tucker Ellis LLP since September 2018, Marc previously held the position of Partner at Musick, Peeler & Garrett from January 2014 to October 2018 and at Keesal, Young & Logan from November 2005 to December 2013. Marc's earlier career includes serving as a Federal Prosecutor in the Organized Crime Strike Force at the U.S. Department of Justice from 1990 to 2001, and as an Attorney at Lord, Bissell & Brook, LLP in Los Angeles from 1988 to 1990. Marc earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from The Ohio State University between 1978 and 1982 and graduated from Bexley High School in 1977.
