Peter Jones

Peter Jones is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law, employee stock ownership plans (ESOPs), and business succession strategies. Currently serving as a member of the Board of Directors at Roush Auto Group and a partner at Tucker Ellis LLP, Peter has previously held significant positions including Vice President and ESOP Trust Officer at Horizon Bank and partner at ESOP Plus®: Schatz Brown Glassman LLP. Additionally, Peter contributed to legal education as an adjunct professor at Moritz College of Law. With a strong foundation in business litigation and corporate governance developed through various associate roles at firms such as Thompson Hine LLP and Kegler Brown Hill & Ritter, Peter has demonstrated expertise in advising clients on complex transactions, litigation, and compliance matters. Peter holds a J.D. from Capital University Law School and degrees from Bradley University and Otterbein University.
