Tara Graham Dalton

Tara Graham Dalton has extensive work experience primarily at Dave & Buster's Inc. Tara started their career at the company in 2013 as an Operations Accountant, where they led monthly financial calls, reviewed P&L statements, and ensured accurate financial reporting. Tara then progressed to the role of Senior Operations Financial Analyst, where they managed various P&L lines and prepared budgets and forecasts. Tara also completed reports for company operators on a regular basis.

Tara later transitioned to the position of Finance Manager and then became a Manager in Store Excellence & Operational Insights. Tara eventually became a Senior Manager in the same department, overseeing operational analysis and improving store performance. In 2023, they were promoted to the role of Director of Field Finance and Analysis, which is their current position.

Tara Graham Dalton studied at The University of Texas at Dallas from 2008 to 2010, earning a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Accounting and Information Management. In 2013, they attended Dallas College Mountain View Campus and completed the CPA Program, specializing in Accounting.
