Jessica Johannson

Jessica Johannson is currently the VP of Human Resources at Tucows. Jessica has over 15 years of experience in Human Resources, and has held senior positions at both Brookfield Renewable Energy Group and Capgemini. Jessica is an expert in all areas of Human Resources, including performance management, rewards and recognition, recruitment and retention, talent management, succession planning, employee relations and diversity. Jessica is a strategic thinker who is able to partner with senior executives to drive and support business results. Jessica is a passionate advocate for creating a positive work environment and fostering employee engagement.

Jessica Johannson completed their Bachelor of Commerce (Hons.) at the University of Manitoba, with Human Resources and Marketing Majors. Jessica also attended Kelvin High School. Jessica has a certification from Greenbelt.
