Mike Whitman has extensive experience in customer operations and technical support within the technology sector. At Tucows since September 2009, Mike has held various managerial roles, including Manager of Customer Operations and IS, and Manager of Retail Customer Experience, along with serving as a Customer Advisor for the Hover division focused on email and domain registration. Previous positions include Data Cabler/Data Information Services at Lexcourt Technologies, where responsibilities included network cabling and data input, and Head Computer Repair Technician/Manager at Ridgeport Computers, managing computer repairs and customer service. Mike started a career in technology at We Compute as a Computer Repair Technician. Educationally, Mike holds an A+ Certification and an Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD).
