Nicole Ashworth

Nicole Ashworth has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Nicole currently holds the position of Talent Lead at Tucows since November 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Ada as a Senior Recruiter from April 2021 to October 2022. From October 2019 to March 2021, Nicole was a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Kira Systems. Nicole also gained experience as a Senior Recruiter at Maru/Matchbox from January 2018 to October 2019. Earlier in their career, Nicole worked as a Talent Manager and Talent Coordinator at GMR Marketing from August 2014 to December 2017. Nicole also held roles at S-Trip!, Health Genie Group, Telfer Human Resources Association, and Sheridan Nurseries Limited.

Nicole Ashworth obtained their Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree in Human Resources Management and Services from the University of Ottawa, graduating in 2014.
