Charlie Paige

Charlie Paige is an experienced educator and program director with a strong background in community engagement and youth support. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Disability Program Services at the Tucson Jewish Community Center since October 2022, Charlie previously held positions such as Youth Support Navigator at the YMCA of Southern Arizona and Education Service Coordinator at Pima County Vocational High School. With a comprehensive history at Big Brothers Big Sisters of Tucson, encompassing roles from Program Director to Interim Program Director, Charlie has demonstrated expertise in program development, staff supervision, and community partnership building. Additionally, Charlie has held teaching positions in various educational settings, including Arizona State University as a Faculty Associate in the School of Social Work, and has an extensive history with Camp Mishawaka, providing leadership and staff development. Charlie Paige holds a Master's degree in Elementary Education from Pacific University and a Bachelor's degree in Education from the University of Oregon.
