Diana Serafin

Diana Serafin serves as the Patient Services Manager at Tucson Orthopaedic Institute, P.C. and Tucson Orthopaedic Institute, a position held since December 2002. In this role, Diana manages the daily operations of front office personnel and surgical coordinators, ensuring that all functions are performed efficiently. Prior to this, Diana worked at Hand Surgery Limited from January 1996 to November 2002 as a billing clerk, gaining experience in various office tasks, including entering surgical charges and assisting with office visits.
