Eric Lind has a diverse work experience in the arts and culture sector. Eric is currently the Vice President of Philanthropy at the Tucson Symphony Orchestra, starting in March 2022. Prior to this, they worked at the Florentine Opera Company from 2012 to 2022, serving as Director of Advancement and Director of Development. During their time at the Florentine Opera Company, they also took on the role of Interim Managing Director from May 2018 to March 2019, successfully leading a fundraising drive and implementing a turnaround plan. Before that, Eric was the Managing Director at Present Music from 2006 to 2012 and the Director of Corporate & Foundation Giving at the Milwaukee Repertory Theater from 2004 to 2006.
Eric Lind attended St. Olaf College from 1989 to 1993, where they obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree. Eric focused their studies in the fields of Art, Literature, and Music.
