Qiong Wu

Qiong (John) Wu, CFA, is a seasoned Quantitative Researcher with extensive experience in high-frequency trading, particularly in China’s futures and options markets. Currently employed at The Tudor Group since March 2024, Qiong has previously held positions in the same role at Radix Trading LLC from November 2021 to October 2023 and at Athena Capital Research LLC from January 2014 to October 2021. Early career experiences include a Quantitative Internship at Athena Capital Research LLC in 2013 and a Research Assistant role at the China Academy of Financial Research, Shanghai Advanced Institute of Finance from October 2011 to June 2012. Qiong began the professional journey as an Analyst at PK Investment Advisory Company in July 2011. Academically, Qiong obtained a Master of Science in Computational Finance from Carnegie Mellon University in 2014 and a Bachelor of Economics in Finance from Shanghai Jiao Tong University in 2012, with additional studies at The University of Texas at Austin in 2010.
