Mike Pagano

Mike Pagano, MBA has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Mike started their career in 1988 in the US Air Force Reserve, where they achieved the rank of Staff Sergeant and had responsibilities in training and development. In 1996, they joined The Home Depot as a Store Manager and later became the Divisional HR Manager. Mike worked closely with the Regional Vice President and District Managers in hiring salaried managers and developed various HR programs. In 2006, they were promoted to District Manager, responsible for total P&L management and overseeing multiple stores and employees. After leaving The Home Depot, they founded Internet Business Consultants LLC in 2011, specializing in small business startups. Mike served as the President and also owned a franchise in the Utah market. In 2014, they joined Ross Stores, Inc. as a Store Manager, where they were responsible for P&L management and developing new leaders. Mike later became the District Manager for Utah, Wyoming, and Nevada. Currently, Mike is based at Tuff Shed, Inc. as the Regional Sales Director for the Pacific North and Northwest area of the US, supporting the Home Depot channel of business.

Mike Pagano, MBA completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Western Governors University from 2017 to 2018. Prior to this, they pursued their bachelor's degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix between 2002 and 2005.
