Richard Meyer has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Richard started their career as a Tutor/Assistant to the Manager at Kumon from 2012 to 2013, where they taught math and reading skills to children. Following that, they worked as a Marketing and Group Coordinator at JPratt Group, LLC from 2014 to 2015, focusing on marketing real estate.

In 2014, Richard interned for Dave Elkins of Mae/Schematic, assisting with various management tasks for producing and touring. Richard was then hired as Merchandise, Lighting Design, and VIP Experience Manager for Mae's 10th Anniversary Tour in 2015.

Richard also worked as a Marketing Intern at Good Time Inc in 2016, assisting with tour marketing, album releases, and social media content creation. Richard then became Barista Manager at Bond Coffee Company, managing baristas and overseeing customer service, coffee education, and menu creation.
