Jillian Comeau

Jillian Comeau, SPHR, serves as the People & Culture Director for the Americas at Tufin since October 2022, bringing extensive experience in human resources. Previously, Jillian worked at Axis Communications as a Human Resources Business Partner, where responsibilities included workforce planning, organizational change, and performance management from March 2014 to October 2022. Prior roles also encompassed a Contract Recruiter position at HealthcareSource and various HR roles at Axis Communications and Genesis Rehabilitation Services, focusing on talent management, employee relations, and training programs. Jillian holds a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, both from Southern New Hampshire University.
