Melissa Newsom

Melissa Newsom is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the HR Director for the Americas at Sulzer since October 2021. Prior to this role, Melissa held multiple senior positions at Tenaris, including Senior Director of HR & General Services and Director of Compensation and Benefits. Additional experience includes serving as HRBP Director at ConocoPhillips and General Manager of HR & General Services at Maersk Oil. Melissa began her career at Halliburton as an HR Manager focusing on Mergers & Acquisitions. Melissa holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Texas A&M University, earned between 1994 and 1998.
