Sonya Spery

Sonya Spery, MPH, currently serves as an Application Analyst II for Healthy Planet at Tufts Medicine since July 2021. Prior to this role, Sonya was a Project Manager in Population Health at Lowell General Hospital, where responsibilities included developing and managing IT projects aimed at enhancing care quality and reducing costs within value-based risk contracts. Sonya's extensive experience in legislative affairs includes positions as Senior Policy Advisor and Legislative Assistant for Congressman William R. Keating, where strategic advising covered a broad legislative portfolio. Earlier roles included managing community relations at Coastal Hospice and various staff assistant positions in the U.S. House of Representatives. Sonya holds a Master of Public Health from the University of New Hampshire and a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology from Salisbury University.
