Christina Alch

Christina Alch is an accomplished higher education professional with extensive experience in residential life and community engagement. Currently serving as the Director of Residential Life and Learning at Tufts University since August 2022, Christina previously held various leadership roles at Northeastern University, including Associate Director of Residential Education and Community Engagement, and Assistant Director for Residential Life. Christina's expertise encompasses supervision of residential staff, crisis management, budget oversight, and development of student leadership programs. Additionally, Christina has served as NEACURH Regional Advisor and has held positions at multiple institutions, including the University of Maryland Baltimore County and Salem State University. Christina holds a Master of Education in Higher Education Administration from Salem State University and a Bachelor of Arts in History from SUNY New Paltz.
