Mary Kate Kelley

Mary Kate Kelley serves as the Director of Orientation & the Student Experience at Tufts University since August 2022, previously holding the position of Associate Director of Orientation, where efforts focused on revitalizing the new student experience and enhancing orientation programs. Prior to Tufts, Mary Kate was a Student Experience Manager at EF Education First, contributing to an English language immersion program in Boston. Additional experience includes roles as a Resident Director at Endicott College, a Programming Assistant at Boston College, and work with student activities and orientation support at multiple institutions. Mary Kate holds a Master's of Education in Student Affairs from Boston College and a Bachelor's degree in Geography Environmental Sustainability from Salem State University.
