Michael Hemment

Michael Hemment currently serves as the Director of Library Technology Services at Tufts University since July 2023. Prior to this role, Michael held several positions at Harvard Business School from 2011 to 2023, including Senior Director of Baker Research & Data Services and multiple directorships focusing on research and library innovation. Earlier experience includes leadership roles at Harvard University, specifically in the Harvard College Library, where Michael was involved in scholarly research initiatives and library technology. Michael's education includes a Ph.D. in Romance Languages from Harvard University and a Master of Library & Information Science from Simmons University, along with additional degrees in Romance Languages and Comparative Literature from prestigious institutions.
