Nancy Chen

Nancy Chen is a Data Analyst Associate at Amazon, where responsibilities include analyzing raw data to create PowerPoint presentations and coordinating team interviews. As the College/Scholarship Office Lead Intern for the Jumpstart Program at Brooklyn Technical High School, Nancy founded and managed the Office Volunteers team. Participation in the Girls Who Code Summer Immersion Program involved researching cybersecurity models and developing chatbot projects using Python, alongside learning web development skills in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Previous experience includes an apprenticeship at CareerWise New York and participation in the Summer Youth Employment Program, where Nancy gained insights into computer science and entrepreneurship while supporting peers during the COVID quarantine. Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science at Tufts University, Nancy has a strong foundation in computer software engineering from Brooklyn Technical High School.
