Michael S. Fox

Michael S. Fox currently serves as President of the Piedmont Triad Partnership since September 2021 and has held the position of Chairman of the Board for the North Carolina Department of Transportation since March 2017, following their reappointment by Governor Roy Cooper. As a Director at Tuggle Duggins since October 2001, Fox also has extensive experience in transportation governance, having served as a Board Member for the NC Board of Transportation from 2010 to 2013, where Michael S. chaired the Access Management Committee. Previously, Fox worked as Deputy General Counsel for Cone Mills from 1996 to 2001. Academic credentials include a Juris Doctor degree from the University of North Carolina School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in History and Political Science from Appalachian State University.
