Mike (Yanfeng) Xia is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in backend systems development and team leadership. Currently serving as the Backend Systems Development Team Lead at TuGo Insurance, Mike has successfully overseen the enhancement of the company’s E-commerce system, including the delivery of a PCI Compliance solution and the transition to a microservices architecture. Previous roles include Development Manager at ZheJiang Automall Service Co., Ltd, where Mike led the creation of B2B and B2C applications, and Lead Developer at Beijing Huadian New Energy Technology Co., Ltd, responsible for designing a B2C app. Mike's career also encompasses significant positions such as Application System Manager at BOC Fullerton Community Bank and Software Project Manager at ZoomLion Capital, demonstrating a robust track record in software and system development across various sectors. Mike holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Saskatchewan.
