Alison Brewer

Alison Brewer has over 16 years of experience in human resources. Alison began their career at City Facilities Management Ltd as a training coordinator before being promoted to HR Support Team Leader and later HR Advisor. Alison then worked at TRADETEAM (UK) LIMITED as a Human Resources Officer, where they provided HR support and was involved in employee relation issues and site closures. Currently, they are the Head of Human Resources at TUI, leading HR support for various functions and playing a key role in shaping the Diversity & Inclusion strategy.

Alison Brewer has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Marketing & Human Resources Management from De Montfort University. Alison also has 4 A-Levels in Geography, Economics, Computing, and General Studies from King George V College. In addition, they hold a CIPD Diploma in Personnel Development from St Helens College and is a member of CIPD Qualifications.
