Joanne Sime

Joanne Sime is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in talent development and organizational culture, currently serving as the Head of Talent, People Development & Culture for TUI since December 2009. In this role, Joanne leads a team dedicated to ensuring that colleagues feel valued and are supported in their professional growth. Joanne's career began at Home Retail Group PLC as an HR Advisor, providing support to contact center employees.
