Kirsty Foster

Kirsty Foster is a qualified and experienced coach and facilitator, currently serving as the Founder of Connect and Flourish since January 2023, focusing on personal development, leadership skills, and resilience. With a long-standing role as Operations Director and Coach at Emerging World since January 2010, Kirsty specializes in international leadership development experiences and inclusive business strategies. Additional experience includes managing assignments for The Art of Living Magazine, working as a photographer for World Challenge, and leading expeditions with Fairbridge. Kirsty has a strong educational background, including a Master's degree in Documentary Photography from the University of South Wales and various coaching and leadership qualifications from institutions such as Schumacher College and the International Coaching Federation.
