Lisa Dahms has a diverse work experience in HR and People Development. Lisa started their career at K+S Gruppe as a Bachelor-Student and later worked as a Personalsachbearbeiterin. Lisa then joined Faurecia as a Management-Trainee HR. After that, Lisa joined TUI, where they held various roles including HR Manager Learning & Development, Senior HR Manager Learning & Development, Head of Training & Development, and currently serves as the Global Head of People Development IT.
Lisa Dahms completed a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration at Leibniz-Fachhochschule from 2008 to 2011. Lisa then pursued a Master of Science in Human Resource Management at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam (VU Amsterdam) from 2011 to 2012.
